PFNA With The DHS In The Treatment Of Different Types Of Intertrochanteric Fractures In The Efficacy Of Clinical Observation

Objective: Objective: by analyzing the effect of different types of intertrochantericfracture surgery, comparing PFNA treatment of intertrochanteric fractures with DHS efficacy.To explore of PFNA with DHS within fixed equipment Select and clinical efficacy. Methods:Shandong Medical University Hospital from October2009to April2012were used in thePFNA (A group), DHS (B group) fixation of two groups of43patients with different types offemoral intertrochanteric fracture patients. Workout time from patient length of the incision,the patient’s operative time, blood loss, postoperative limb function in patients with fracturehealing time, whether the postoperative complications, postoperative functional recoveryeffects analysis were compared between the two groups between the results, analysis of theefficacy of both internal fixation suitable for internal fixation devices, which is selectedaccording to the different types of fractures. Results: A group and B group exercise time inpatient length of the incision, the patient’s operative time, postoperative limb function inpatients with fractures clinical healing time, patients without complications, postoperativefunctional recovery effect was significance (P <0.005). Conclusion: PFNA clinical effects inthe treatment of various types of intertrochanteric fractures very sure, especially the efficacyof intramedullary fixation with the helical blade.
