| Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Alcohol liver ning Decoction jointanion on Alcoholic Hepatitis and the mechanism of treating alcoholic liver injury.Methods:60cases with ALD as the sample, were divided into two groups randomly,the group of Wei gan jiang mei yin Decoction and the control group with30cases in eachgroup and to observe improvement of the illness,include Laboratory markers, Clinicalsymptoms, Imaging changes and Peripheral hemogram.Results: After2weeks treatment, the treatment group total effective rate was66.7%,higher than56.7%in control group (P <0.05), after2month there is no difference(P>0.05), the treatment group of clinical symptoms and signs of improvement have obviousadvantages.Conclusion: The Anti-liver injury in mice of Alcohol liver ning Decoction jointanion include: protecting liver cell, alleviate liver inflammation, relieve liver fibrosis, thusmaking the clinical syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine and laboratory indexes canbe significantly improved. |
