Esophageal Cancer Postoperative Complications Of200Cases Of Clinical Analysis

Objective: Explore the prevention and treatment of complicationsafter esophagectomy.Methods: Retrospective analysis in October2010to September2012,200cases of esophageal cancer patients the clinical data of postoperativecomplications.Result:35patients with postoperative complications (17.5%), amongthem4cases were anastomotic fistula, pulmonary complications in15cases,3cases of arrhythmia,6patients with gastroesophageal reflux,anastomotic stenosis in1case, chylothorax,1case of incision infection in2cases, hemorrhage in1case, pylorus obstruction in1case, pyothorax in1case.2cases died.Conclusion: Postoperative esophageal cancer effect a radical cure thecomplication was anastomotic fistula, pulmonary complications, and is themain cause of death. So positive and effective perioperative management,improving anastomosis and anastomosis method improvement is an important measure to reduce complications after esophagectomy.
