| Objective: To study the effect of facial deformity repair with cell-assistedlipotransfer.Methods: Autologous fat granulars were extracted with injector fromdonating site. The adipose-derived stem cells and stromal vascular fractioncells with the fat particles are not separated during injected into depressionarea after washing and cleaning. Multiple levels and tunnel were injected inmark area with an excess of amount over20%~30%.Results:54cases patients have86injection sites, Total of53cases wereunderwent with this operation, and the other one case had two operations.Track3-18months, All patients are satisfied with the operation.Conclusion: Treating facial depress with CAL is ease to handle which hasless injurious and better effect. So this operation deserves to berecommended. |
