The pathological tissue processing research the cause and the developmentmechanism of the disease,which can provide theoretical and experimental evidence for theprevention and treatment of disease through observing the morphology and the changes ofthe cell tissue.The role of pathological is to improve and perfect the disease preventing.Inthe process of emergency treatment or surgery and clinical diagnosis of patients,as long asthere is any problems in organ organization,we must be based on the patient and deal withpathological biopsy in time.Our survey found that the pathological department in domestichospital usually use the following equipment, such as the rapid freezing microtome,paraffin embedding machine, frozen machine, slicing machine, baking machine, dyeingmachine and so on.The pathological process needs more machine to complete, if we stilladopt mechanical operation process,separating between each step and needing the doctor’smanul manipulation when making pathological,which would not only increase theworking strength and difficulty of doctors but also make them doctors be exposed in therelated reagents (such as acetone, formaldehyde) pollution of toxic environmentsinevitably, and it would increase the probability of pathological tissue contaminatedgreatly and be affected the pathological excellent piece rate seriously.Therefore,there inan urgent need for a simple,efficient and stable pathological tissue processing system.Thistopic is based on the purpose to research the design.This thesis is subject which could become a very useful practical application.Throughimproving the domestic existing system,so as to realize automation control and improvethe processing efficiency.And through the new building system, we can explore theprocess of ultrasonic curing in pathological tissue, which can be combined fixed,dehydration, transparent, paraffin, embedded and frozen in one-stop service, shortening theprocessing time and improving the level of automation. This paper consists of thefollowing six parts:The first part is introduction. The introduction mainly includes the following contents: the source of pathological tissue system subject, the purpose and significance of the subject,the development situation in domestic and foreign county, the advantages anddisadvantages of the analysis of pathological tissue system,the general process ofpathological tissue processing and the problems existed in this topic.The second part is system design. This part describers the basic concepts ofpathological tissue processing system and it’s working process, dividing the pathologicaltissue processing system into several functional modules and introduces the functionmodules in detail.The third part is the gathering of switching value and the hardware design of manualsealing wax. The hardware design is the key part that introduces the hardware schematicdesign of each part and the device choice in design.The fourth part is the design of software module. This part introduces the gathering ofswitching value and the software design of manual sealing wax, including the mainprogram, serial communication, MODBUS protocol’s practical application in the module,and set up the ultrasonic power.The fifth part is making the PCB plate. This part describers the design of PCB plate,which including the device package selection, the wiring and lay out rules.Finally, summarize the completed work and look forward to the further improvementof the system.
