Objectoce: Primary hepatocellular carcinoma patients’ immunity decline aftersurgical resection or RFA-treated patients compared with normal people. Bycomparing patients of primary hepatocellular carcinoma after surgical treatment withradiofrequency ablation, in which the content changes of IGF-Ⅱ, TGF-β1and IL-10in serum levels of cytokines. Base on that research, exploring the primary liver cancerpatients with radiofrequency ablation and surgical therapeutic effects on anti-tumorimmune function.Methods: Collecting Peripheral blood serum from20cases of primary liver cancerpatients, who has abdominal surgery and radiofrequency ablation after first day,7days and postoperative30days separately. On the same time, collecting10patients’Peripheral blood serum from the control group on the first day and7days afteradmitted. Using ELISA method to testify the content of IGF-Ⅱ, TGF-β1andIL-10.Results:1、Comparing the first day of RFA group and surgery group with thecontrol group, the content of IGF-Ⅱ, TGF-β1and IL-10all increase dramaticlly. AndP <0.001, those differences all have certain statistical significance;2、Comparing the7th day after surgery of RFA group and surgery group with thecontrol group admitted on the7th day, the content of IGF-Ⅱ, TGF-β1and IL-10allincrease dramatically. And P <0.001, those differences all have certain statisticalsignificance;3、Comparing the30th days after surgery of RFA group and surgery group with the7th day after surgery of the control group, the content of IGF-Ⅱ, TGF-β1and IL-10all reduce dramatically. And P <0.001, those differences all have certain statisticalsignificance; 4、Comparing the first day after admission of the control group with the7th day aftersurgery, the content of IGF-Ⅱ, TGF-β1and IL-10has no obvious change. And P﹥0.05, those differences don’t have any statistical differences;5、Comparing the7th day after surgery of RFA group with the control group, thecontent of IGF-Ⅱ, TGF-β1has no obvious change. And P﹥0.05, those differencesdon’t have any statistical significance6、Comparing the7th day after surgery of RFA group with the control group, thecontent of IGF-Ⅱ, TGF-β1almost the same. And P﹥0.05, those differences havestatistical significance;7、Comparing the30days after surgery of RFA group with that in control group, thecontent of IGF-Ⅱ, TGF-β1are almost the same. And P﹥0.05, those differences don’thave any statistical significance;8、Comparing30s day after surgery of RFA group with that in control group, thecontent of IGF-Ⅱ, TGF-β1are almost the same. And P﹥0.05, those differences don’thave any statistical significance.Conclusions:1,IGF-Ⅱ, TGF-β1,and expression of IL-10Patients with primary livercancer in serum,combining AFP and other diagnostic methods could improve theaccuracy of diagnosis of primary hepatocellular carcinoma;2, RFA and surgical resection have no significant difference in the treatment ofprimary liver cancer. But RFA has more help to improve immunity and the body’simmune function, thus it has a beneficial effect on the treatment of small primaryhepatocellular carcinomas.
