| Objective:To discuss the fesibility and effect on quality life of patient of nerve sparingradical hysterectomy for cervical cancer.Method:From Jaunary2011to September2012,fifty patients with FIGO stage ⅠB-ⅡAcervical cancer were selected to receive RH(radical hysterectomy,RH)(controlgroup,30cases) or NSRH(study group,20cases).The excision extent,operatin time,bloodloss,the urethra and bladder fuction and so on were compared between the two groups.Results:The time to achieve a postvoid redidual urine volume less than100ml of studygroup and control group were(139.75±69.01ml)and(201.83±83.00ml); The day of kee-ping catheter were(11.85±2.08d)and(15.20±2.43d).the first exhaust time were (59.60±13.00h) and (72.97±16.31h); the first defecation time were (91.05±11.66h) and (121.16±23.07h).45％of study group and86.7％of control group were diagnosed sexualdysfunction according to female sexual function scale after having beening surgery sixmonths. showing statistic significance between the two groups(P﹤0.05).Nine of all ofthem didn’t resume sexual activity,and owing to afraid of relapse is77.8％and afraid ofsexual pain is55.6％. The median operation time were250min(180-330min) and205min(150-270min),and there was no statistically Significant difference between twogroups in operation time,blood loss and excision extent during operation.Conclusion:NSRH for the patients with FIGO stage ⅠB-ⅡA cervical cancer is feasibleand safe,and can improve the the recovery of postoperative quality life. |
