Comparative Analysis Of Discectom With DYNESYS System To Discectom In Cuing The Lumbar Disci Herniation

Objective Contrast the discectom with DYNESYS system to discectom in curing protrasion of the lumbar intervertebral disci herniation which were from the orthopedics of Chengdu University of TCM. Evaluate the clinical efficacy of lumber discectomy with the the DYNESYS system. In order to provide clinical reference for the disc herniation surgery.Method Divided the patients which is from our orthopedics into two group. Observation group:15patients with clinical symptoms were treated with Discectom coordinate DYNESYS system. Control group:15patients with same clinical symptoms were treated with Discectom only. All the surgeries were operated by the same spine surgery doctor team. The patient were measured with VAS and JOA rating scale, operating time,blood loss, quantity removal of nucleus pulposus, proportion of the removed bone, offbed time after surgery, length of stay,the percentage of narrow down of intervertebral space.Result All the surgeries were success.All the30patients were follow-up visited after surgery. The follow-up visit time7-14monthes,10monthes in average. The two groups were same in age, VAS and JOA rating scale and good clinical effect after surgery. The VAS and JOA rating scale were better than pre-operation. There are significant differences in Observation group from pre-operation in quantity removal of nucleus pulposus, proportion of the removed bone, offbed time after surgery, length of stay,the percentage of narrow down of intervertebral space (P<0.05);but costed more operating time and blood loss(P<0.05). There was no complication of spinal nerves injury, avulsion of endorhachis, leakage of cerebrospinal fluid, infection of incisional wound all the surgeries.Conclusion The surgry of Discectom with DYNESYS system made good clinical effect. The clinical symptoms of the patients were ameliorate obviously. To compare Discectom with DYNESYS system with Discectom. Discectom with DYNESYS system had better effect in decompression. stabilization.What’s more.the Observation group can reduce the adjacent segment degeneration,. It is worthy way to cure the LDH.
