Objective1. Take the OGTT expriment to Breast Cancer patients and scrning theirsIGR rate and find the significations in clinical nursing.2. Contrast the laboratory indicators of impaired glucose regulation offasting glouse,2h postprandial blood glouse, fasting insulin, insulin resistence, insulin sensitive index in benign masses group and the breast cancer group.Analysis the relationship between breast cancer and above the laboratoryindicators.Provide the basis for seeking effective nursing precautions.MethodsChoosing the new breast surgery in130cases of female breast neoplasmin The Armed Police general hospital between Mary2011to December2012asstudy object. According to the mammary gland benign pathological biopsyresults divided the patients into bag piece group and breast cancer group. Byusing the questionnaire to collect general information; All the new breastneoplasm patients accord with the included satndards on the first day of themorning to take OGTT test, extraction the venous blood sample of fastingglouse and2h postprandial blood glouse determination of blood sugar andinsuline.Based on laboratory results of fasting plasma glucose and insuline useformula to calculate the breast cancer group and breast benign mass index with insuline index, insuline senstivity index and analysis the relationship betweenbreast cancer and fasting glucose,2h postprandial blood glouse, insulinesenstivity index.Results1. In the result of56cases of breast cancer risk of OGTT experiment, theincidence of abnormal glucose is higher than breast benign bag piece theincidence of impaired glucose regulation, two groups patients were comparedwith postprandial blood glucose2h have significant statistical difference (P<0.05), the incidence of impaired glucose regulation in breast cancer patients ishigher, the fasting blood glucose has no difference between the two groups andno statistical significance (P>0.05).2. Compare the fasting serum insuline, insuline resistance and insulinesensitivity index of the two groups are statistically significant. The fasting seruminsuline, insuline resistance in breast cancer patients are higher than in breastbenign neoplasm group (P>0.05), and insuline sensitivity index is lower thanthe breast benign masses group, the differences are statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusions1. The incidence of IGR is higher in breast cancer patients, and the rise inblood glucose2h is the character. The level of fasting insulin and insulineresistance in breast cancer patients are higher than in breast benign neoplasmpatients, and insulin sensitivity is lower than the breast benign neoplasmpatients. Insulin resistance may be a major risk factor for the IGR.Logistic showsthat higher in2h postprandial blood glouse, fasting insuline, insuline resistanceindex and lower in insuline sensitivity index is the risk factors to the relation ofbreast cancer.2. In the early of the impaired glucose regulation of breast cancer patientsare necessary to take care prevention interventions and continue to need to beresearch.
