Control Study Of10-day Sequential Regimen And Probiotics In Treatment Of Anti-helicobacter Pylori Eradication

【Objective】： To observe the effect of10-day sequential regimen and probioticsin treatment of anti-Helicobacter pylori eradication, in order to provide certainreference data for a better clinical treatment.【Main research contents】：1、The clinical effect of10-day sequentialregimen in treatment of anti-Helicobacter pylori eradication.2、 The clinical effect of common triple plus probiotics in treatment ofanti-Helicobacter pylori eradication.3、Comparative analysis for common triple、10-day sequential regimen and commontriple plus probiotics.4、Comparative analysis for10-day sequential regimen and common triple plusprobiotics.【Methods】：A total350patients with positive H．pylori by endoscopiy rapidurease testing and urea breath test(14C-UBT) were randomly divided into threegroups: A group10-day sequential regime (Rabeprazole Sodium and amoxicillin for the first5days, Rabeprazole Sodium, clarithromycin and tinidazole for the last5days); B group Common triple joint probiotics (Rabeprazole Sodium,amoxicillin，clarithromycin1week; probiotics2weeks); C group Common triple (Commontriple). The carbon14urea breath test (14C-UBT)and endoscopy was performedafter four weeks．At the same time， The statistical analysis was performed withSPSS13.0programs．【Results】：1、Eradication rates at intention-to-treat(ITT)analysis were82.7%、78.6、63.2%in A,B,C groups；And at per-protocol analysis were83.3%、79.3%、65%in A，B，C groups，respectively.2、In gastric ulcer patients, eradication rates were78.3%、68.4%、57.1%in A,B,Cgroups, respectively；Ulcer healing rates were63.6%、68.4%、52.6%in A,B,C groups,respectively。In duodenal ulcer patients, eradication rates were97%、88.9%、64.3%in A, B, C groups, respectively；Ulcer healing rates were78.8%、66.7%、35.7%in A,B,Cgroups,respectively.3、Symptoms relieve rates were83.5%、85.5%、68.9%in A,B,C groups, respectively.4、Adverse reactions rates were15%、0.04%、20.8%in A,B,C groups, respectively.【Conclusion】：10一day sequential regime and probiotics both provide anexcellent rate for H． pylori eradication, but the adverse reactions rate of probiotics islower.
