Objective:To investigate the superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity and the area of myocardial infarction between monitoring in myocardial ischemia reperfusion injury in rats.Methods:45male SD rats were randomly divided into3groups, A group: ischemia reperfusion injury group; B group:ischemic preconditioning group; group C:remote ischemic preconditioning group, group A blocking the left anterior descending coronary arteries of30minutes,120minutes of reperfusion; group B ligation of the left anterior descending coronary artery5minutes,15minutes of reperfusion, after3cycles, remaining the same as A group; C group were given unilateral lower limb root ligation5minutes, then loosen the15minutes, after3cycles, remaining the same as A group, the end of reperfusion were measured superoxide dismutase (SOD activity), take heart to do determination the area of myocardial infarction. Results:in B group and C group myocardial infarct size was smaller than the group A, group B and group C SOD activity is higher than that in group A, and the myocardial infarction area and the activity of SOD was positively correlated with. Conclusion:IPC and remote ischemic preconditioning on ischemia-reperfusion injury in SD rats have a protective effect, as the evaluation of the protective effect of two monitoring indicators, there is a good correlation between SOD activity and the area of myocardial infarction.Figure4; Table2; References37;... |
