| To research BIRC7and STC2expression level in primary hepatocellular carcinoma,and analysis on the correlation and clinical significance of the expression and clinical pathological factors.Method:Collecting50patients tissues with primary hepatocellular carcinoma and15cases of normal liver tissues biopsy clinical and pathological data, applicating EnVision immunohistochemical and detecting BIRC7and STC2expression levels, statistical analysis of both expression and clinicopathological factors associated with each other the relationship between postoperative survival time and COX multivariate regression analysis.Result:In hepatocellular carcinoma,the BIRC7and STC2positive expression rate was62%and70%, significantly higher than the expression of both in normal liver tissue, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); BIRC7was highly expressed in case of tumor metastasis, portal vein tumor thrombus (P<0.05), STC2was highly expressed in case of tumor metastasis, tumor size (P<0.05), both had nothing to do with age, gender, hepatitis B, cirrhosis, alpha-fetoprotein or pathological grade (P>0.05);50cases of liver cancer patients overall median survival time was22months, which BIRC7expression and negative expression patients The median survival time was17months and26months, STC2expression and negative expression were14months and29months, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); survival time Cox regression analysis BIRC7STC2, tumor metastasis, portal vein tumor prognostic factors (P<0.05).Conclusion:1. BIRC7and STC2were highly expressed in HCC;2.
