ObjectiveThe purpose of this experiment is to test the TTP30and OPN expression in pancreatic cancer tissue and cancer adjacent tissues, and explore these two indicators and the relationship between pancreatic cancer clinical pathological features as well as the potential relationship between this two indexes, so as to provide new ideas for the treatment of pancreatic cancer.Methods46pancreatic carcinoma tissues and para-carcinoma tissue which have been cut via operation were selected from our hospital. The expression of TIP30and OPN were measured by immunohistochemical method, and next analyze the difference of expression of TIP30and OPN in pancreatic carcinoma tissues and para-carcinoma tissue. And investigate how TIP30and OPN are related to the clinical characteristics of PC, and analyze relationships between the two index between age, sex, cell differentiation and size of carcinoma, TNM stage and lymph node metastasis. Statistical methods:All statistics were performed using SPSS17.0software, complete with Statistical significance (P<0.05).Results1. Compared to para-carcinoma tissue, the expression of TIP30is low regulated in pancreatic carcinoma tissues (P<0.05). the positive rate is26.1%and69.7%, respectively; and compared to pancreatic normal tissues, the expression of OPN is high regulated in pancreatic carcinoma tissues(P<0.05). the positive rate is78.3%and39.1%, respectively.2. The expression of TIP30in tumor tissues from which the patients with high grade,Ⅰ+Ⅱ stage and no metastasis, is higher than that in the opposite tissue (P<0.05); and the expression of OPN in tumor tissues from which the patients had metastasis, at least lymph node metastasis, is stronger than that in the tissue without metastasis(P<0.05)3. The expressive extent of TIP30is different in statistics among pancreatic cancer cell differentiation (P<0.05), TNM stage and metastatic or not groups (P<0.05). The expressive extent of OPN in tumor tissues is different in TNM stage and metastatic or not groups (P<0.05).4. There is a negative correlation between the protein expressive level of TIP30and OPN, R=-0.407, P<0.05.Conclusion1. Less TIP30is expressed in pancreatic carcinoma tissues than that in para-carcinoma tissue, and OPN is more expressed in pancreatic carcinoma tissues than that in para-carcinoma tissue2. TIP30and OPN may be involved with growth and metastasis of pancreatic carcinoma.3. There is a negative correlation between the expressive extent of TIP30and OPN.
