| Objective:To investigate the expression of human adiponectin and AdipoRlã€AdipoR2in patients with osteosarcoma,and study its significance and relationship with osteosarcoma.Methods:Extract the clinical diagnosis of osteosarcoma blood and without chemotherapy.The control grope included normal person, the gender and age matched with experimental group. Centrifuged the blood under3000RPM4℃for10minutes, took supernatant.Determine the protein concentration by BCA method.Western Blot Detected expression level of Adiponectin in osteosarcoma patients. We chose32osteosarcoma tissues and15normal bone tissues,then detected the expression level of AdipoR1and AdipoR2in osteosarcoma and normal tissues with immunohistochemical method.Results:The expression level in serum of adiponectin in patients with osteosarcoma serum is lower than that in normal, the differences are statistically significant p=0.001(p<0.05);The expression level of AdipoRl and AdipoR2in osteosarcoma tissues is higher than that of normal bone tissues, the differences are statistically significant p=0.003(p<0.05).Conclusion:The expression level in serum of adiponectin in patients with osteosarcoma serum is lower than that in normal; The expression level of AdipoRl and AdipoR2in osteosarcoma tissues is higher than that of normal bone tissues, which indicates that Adiponectin may play a negative regulation role in osteosarcoma. |
