Based on radiological measurement on lower cervical spine, the study positions accurately the point of screws into pedicle, and its direction, etc. The study is to investigate the clinical anatomy parameter of adults lower cervical spine pedicle screws under the relevant internal fixation, and to provide a theoretical basis for judgment on surgical reduction.1,000cases of cervical CT images are selected and grouped according to gender and height, etc. Images measurement system is used to measure the data with clinical significance on outside and inside diameter, height and width, pedicle length, and total pedicle length, outreach horn, sagittal facing deraction of lower cervical spine. The average value and standard difference of the parameter of every vertebra are calculated. Ttest is used to make a statistical analysis.A retrospective review in51patients with lower cervical disease is operated suing the measurement localization method with cervical vertebral pedicle internal fixation. Meanwhile, two different cervical vertebral pedicle screw internal fixation of surgery patients are collected for statistical analysis during the same period:(1) Anatomy set of screws method in26cases,(2) Pipeline dredge method in17cases. All research data above are assessed based on Andrew Scoring System. The practical application and clinical effect are compared using statistical method.The accurate rate for screw location by using measurement localization method is higher than that in the other two groups (P<0.05). The patients in the measurement localization group have no spinal cord injury, vertebral artery damage, nerve injury, etc. Using the combination of64-slice Helice CT film and X-ray preoperative accurate measurement of cervical rear anatomy structure before operation is able to guide the security of implantation of cervical pedicle screws in the operation. Its clinical effect is obviously better than the traditional methods such as anatomy set of screws method and pipeline dredge method.
