Objective:To study the acupoint sticking therapy for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with acute exacerbation (AECOPD) improvement of clinical symptoms, such as changes in inflammatory markers in order to observe its efficacy in AECOPD in order to guide the clinical applications and social promotion. Methods:60patients diagnosed with AECOPD hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups. I acupoint sticking therapy group therapy combined with conventional Western therapies (anti-inflammatory, expectorant, antispasmodic, etc.), the observation group only to Western conventional therapy (anti-inflammatory, expectorant, antispasmodic, etc.), the course of the seven days before treatment,3days after the end of treatment and treatment were carried out on two groups of patients with clinical symptoms of assessment and detection of inflammatory markers. Results:The treatment group in improving clinical symptoms, reduce inflammation indicators were better than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:acupoint therapy can improve clinical symptoms in patients with AECOPD and inflammatory markers, worthy of clinical application. |
