| Purpose: Observation of Xiao Ke Shen An capsule on early Diabetic Nephropathy inpatients with uric micro-albumin and the effects of oxidative stress, to observe the clinicalefficacy and safety and Preliminary Study on the mechanism of the effect.Method: Method of Using randomized, controlled, prospective clinical trials, therandom in patients with early Diabetic Nephropathy into the treatment group, the controlgroup, by1:1per cent allocation, each set of32cases,64cases of total cases respectivelywith Xiao Ke Shen An Capsule (preparation in hospital), Lotensin (benazepril hydrochloride)treatment.12weeks of treatment. Two groups of patients are observed including symptoms ofbefore and after treatment of symptoms and uric micro-albumin and Oxidative Stress indexes.Result: Xiao Ke Shen An capsule in improving the clinical symptoms; fasting bloodglucose（FBG）,blood lipid, glycosylated hemoglobin protein (HbA1c); urinary albuminexcretion rate (UAER), urinary micro-albumin/urine creatinine, oxidative stress in terms ofbetter than the control group (p<0.05).The effect of good, not seen in the Clinical Observationof side effects.Conclusion: Xiao Ke Shen An Capsule in Treating early Diabetic Nephropathy, withimproved the clinical symptoms, reduce proteinuria, improve kidney function, increasedglomerular filtration rate effects. Their Mechanism of Action to consider is start from thestrict control of multi-target DN progress, on the inhibition of glucose and lipid toxicitytoxicity, such as oxidative stress in many ways more comprehensive recuperative medical carelink, did get a good effect.
