Method: Wista rats were divided into two groups,30rats in each group, half male andhalf female, were divided into electro-acupuncture group (group A), control group (group B)of two groups. A longitudinal incision of1.5cm caused the anus anal postoperative model.Group after10minutes in the ocular fundus blood2ml, and marked as A1sample, the sampleis placed in the-20℃device.30minutes after modeling, rats given A bilateralelectro-acupuncture Baihuan Yu, to release the gas needle method,14-26/min dilatationalwave given point stimulation30minutes. The blood remaining rats using thesame method to detect the concentration of NO, SOD.Result:1, Electro-acupuncture ago, two groups of rats, serum NO, SOD concentrationcompared statistically no significant difference (P>0.05).2, After electro-acupuncture, compare NO, SOD concentration in serum of rats in twogroups:(1) Comparison of the concentration of serum NOAfter electro-acupuncture acupuncture30min, electro-acupuncture group (group A) inthe serum concentration of NO than the control group (group B) NO concentration in theserum decreased significantly, the use of statistical processing two sets of values, there aresignificant differences (P<0.01).(2) Comparison of the concentration of serum SODAfter electro-acupuncture acupuncture30min, electro-acupuncture group (group A) inthe serum concentration of SOD than the control group (group B) SOD concentration inserum increased significantly, the use of statistical processing two sets of values, there aresignificant differences (P<0.01).(3) before and after acupuncture group acupunctureAfter electroacupuncture acupuncture30min, EA group (group A) in the serum concentration of NO than the control group (group B) NO concentration in the serumdecreased significantly, the use of statistical processing two sets of numerical, has a verysignificant difference (P<0.01); Electro-acupuncture group serum SOD concentrationcompared with blank control group, serum SOD concentration significantly elevated, usingstatistical processing two sets of numerical, has a very significant difference (P<0.01).(4) the blank group before the experiment and after the experimentSerum NO concentration compared with experimental serum NO concentration in the blankcontrol group before the experiment decreased use of statistics dealing with two sets of values,there is a significant difference (P <0.05). The blank control group before the experiment of serumconcentration of SOD than the SOD concentration in serum increased after the experiment, the useof statistical processing two sets of values, there were significant differences (P<0.05)Conclusion: The electro-acupuncture group (group A) and control group (group B) foundthat electro-acupuncture and electro-acupuncture Baihuan Yu can be adjusted, concentration ofNO and SOD in serum of rats. Blank control group by group comparison, found that the contentof NO in serum of rats decreased after the experiment, serum SOD content increased.Afterelectro-acupuncture stimulation, NO concentration in serum of rats decreased significantly,and the concentration of SOD increased significantly, while that in the inhibition of NOsynthesis of electro-acupuncture, can also promote the formation of SOD.
