Using theautomatic biochemical analyzer detect the concentration of the AST,LDH,CK-MB.Using the NB-T staining method and Morphological image processing software todetect myocardial size.Uing the ECG recorded ST-segment before and aftermodeling.Using the ELISA Kit detect the concentration of the IL-6,TNF-α,TXA2,PGI2,CRP,TN-I.Using HE staining and electron microscope to see myocardialmorphology.Using Immunohistochemical methods to detect myocardial cell NF-kBexpression.Result: Guanxin Ⅲ Particles can significantly reduce the extent of ECGchanges in rats with acute myocardial ischemia;reduced myocardial infarctsize;reduced the activity of CK-MB,LDH,AST and Tn-I;organization morphologicalchanges with the change of serum creatine kinaseconsistent;can significantlyreduce the content of CRP,IL-6,TNF-α;reduced the concet of TXA2,elevated thecontent of PGI2,keeped the physiological balance of PGI2/TXA2;inhibit theactivation of NF-kB.Conclusion: Guanxin Ⅲ Particles better protective effect on acutemyocardial ischemic rat myocardium and its mechanism may be related to theinhibition of the vascular endothelial inflammation. | Keywords/Search Tags: | Guanxin III Particles, Acute myocardial ischemia, CRP, IL-6, TNF-α, TXA2, PGI2, NF-kB | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
