The Clinical Research Of Transsphincteric Perianal Fistula Treatment With Ligation Of The Intersphincteric Fistula Tract Procedure&Bioprosthetic Graft

Objective:Explore a new sphincter-saving surgery to treat transsphincteric perianal fistula.Methods:From March2012to January2013thirty cases of transsphincteric perianal fistula patients who tally with certain qualifications of the affiliated hospital of Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine are randomly divided into2groups.Treatment group(15cases) are treated with ligation of the intersphincteric fistula tract procedure&acellular exadermal matrix.Control group(15cases)are treated with cutting seton. Comparative analysis in the severity of postoperative pain, hospitalization time, wound healing time,anal continence,et al.Results:Compared with cutting seton,, the treatment group has significant statistically difference in hospitalization time, wound healing time,the severity of postoperative pain(P<0.01). And is also in the anal function(P<0.05).Cutting seton is better than the ligation of the intersphincteric fistula tract procedure&acellular exadermal matrix in hospitalization expense(P<0.01).Conclusion:Compared with cutting seton, The ligation of the intersphincteric fistula tract procedure&acellular exadermal matrix has the advantages of shorter wound healing time, Shorter hospitalization time,lighter postoperative pain and better anal function.It is worthwhile for spreading in clinical practice.Both ligation of the intersphincteric fistula tract procedure&acellular exadermal matrix and cutting seton are effective procedures for anal fistula.
