Aspirin is a traditional antipyretic analgesic anti-inflammatory drugs, which has good curative effect on prevention and control of diseases such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular, thrombosis. As a research hotspot in enduring, there are also reseraches showed that Aspirin will cure a variety of malignant tumor in recent years. The raw material solubility of Aspirin is small and easy to hydrolysis into salicylic acid, which affect the bioavailability of aspirin and increase the adverse reactions of Aspirin. Aspirin tablet in the process of production is not stable, and the reason may be associated with the wet system grain of process, Therefore, this study aim at looking for a way to solve this problem.Dispersible tablet disintegration is fast, high bioavailability, making drug convenient for taking, convenient for storage and transportation, so the widespread application are increasingly. The dosage form are mainly used to improve the small solubility and low bioavailability of drug, to increase the speed of disintegration, dissolution, etc., make the drugs rapidly efficacy into full play. Production technology of dispersible tablets is similar to ordinary tablets and easy to operate, therefore it can share the production equipment, save money, improve the efficiency of enterprises. Consider preparing aspirin dispersible tablets, while the dispersible tablets of complementary makings demand is high, need to find the right accessories.Composite materials including two or more commonly used materials has good performance that a single material does not have, suitable for direct tableting and could solve the instability caused by the wet legal system grain of drug problems and reduce the production process. This article used the first preparation of composite materials, and then mixing with medicine powder for direct tableting process, the preparation of aspirin dispersible tablets. In the study of prescription screening and optimizing process, such as tablet appearance, hardness, disintegration time tablet preparation requirements as the index, a preliminary investigation and determine the basic prescription and preparation technology of aspirin dispersible tablets. On the basis of single factor for material screening using orthogonal experiment to optimize the prescription, Prescription PVPP:Tablettose:MCC=1:4:2, improve the preparation of drug dissolution rate. In the study of testing the quality of aspirin dispersible tablets, we determined the content of aspirin and free salicylic acid content determination by HPLC method and the accuracy and precision is good. Then we set up the dissolution determination method of aspirin dispersible tablet. Stability influence factors experiments showed that high temperature had little impact on the quality of aspirin dispersible tablets. But in the high humidity environment, the content and dissolution of material fell slightly. The results prompted that the product should be paid attention to the preservation of moisture, in the dry place and avoid light.
