Research On The Integrated Optimization Of RX Drugs Distribution Under Circumstance Of New Medical Reform

China is a big country of consumption for RX drugs. However, distribution of RXdrugs is facing with serious difficulties because of mess operation pattern of supplychain. Recently, there are problems including low concentration ratio of distributionenterprises and low distribution level in field of RX drugs. Under circumstance of newmedical reform, it is emergency and significant to integrate supply chain of RX drugs,establish integrated distribution pattern, and reduce consumption and cost. This paperis deep and comprehensive studying on integrated optimization of supply chain of RXdrugs based on view of supply chain management and distribution pattern. This paperis mainly focus on following aspects.Firstly, the writer expounded the background and meaning of this paper, proposedstudy frame and main content of this paper based on on-the-spot investigation andrelevant literature, analyzed development status of distribution of RX drugs for newmedical reform, discussed problems existed in progress of distribution of RX drugsand the way distribution can be functioned by comparing Chinese, American andJapanese operation pattern.Secondly, the writer discussed integrated optimization of RX drugs distribution.The writer analyzed the feature, function and operation pattern of RX drugsdistribution and expounded the feature, progress of supply chain and integrationmechanisms of RX drugs based on study on distribution integration and supply chainmanagement.Thirdly, the writer analyzed the needs feature of distribution integration service ofRX drugs, established service platform of distribution integration of RX drugs, createdsupply chain pattern with feature of third party distribution integrationprovider-dominated, discussed realization way of distribution integration of RX drugs,created model of distribution integration of RX drugs, optimized the model by geneticalgorithm based on view of supply chain of RX drugs.Finally, the writer tested model of distribution integration of RX drugs and finallyvalidated and optimized the supply chain by analyzing simulation data of SinopharmGroup Company Limited.
