| The root of Bupleuri Radix has been used as the common one of prescription oftraditional Chinese herbal medicine for thousands of years in China. Chaihu started iscontained in “Shen Nong Ben Cao Jingâ€. It has the function of evacuating fever, soothing the liver and invigorating splenic yang. It is mainly used in treatment ofSternocostal pain, uterine prolapse, anal prolapse, flu and other febrile diseasescaused by cold as traditional Chinese medicine. The root of Bupleuri Radix containvolatile oil. The pharmacological study showed that the antipyretic, sedative, analgesic, anti-inflammatory, anti liver injury, lower blood pressure, slow rhythm ofanti-tumor and immune enhancement effect of volatile oil of Bupleurum chinense,Chaihu injection is composed of bupleurum root dry with sterile water solutioncontaining volatile oil prepared by steam distillation, have good antipyretic, relievingeffect for treatment of colds, fever, flu and malaria, curative effect. In clinicalwidely used in exogenous fever. With the development of adverse reaction of Chaihu injection is widely used hasbeen paid more attention to. Adverse reactions have been reported domestically withallergic skin reaction, anaphylactic shock, syncope, dizziness, renal failure, bullousepidermolytic epispasis, acute pulmonary edema, allergic asthma. With the progress of modern analysis technology, traditional Chinese medicineand medicine compound preparation research has been developed and penetrated into, especially the rapid development of hyphenated instruments and related chemometricmethods, providing powerful tools and broad prospects for the analysis and qualitycontrol of traditional Chinese medicine system. Based on a practical Chinesemedicine injection system as the research object, this paper uses GC-MS combinedwith chemometric method to realize the analysis and quality control of traditionalChinese medicine injection fingerprint. The work of this paper includes the following:The first chapter is the introduction, describes the research situation, development status, quality control of traditional Chinese medicine and traditional Chinese medicine fingerprint of Chaihu injection at home and abroad in recent years,as well as the chemometrics methods and its application in quality control oftraditional Chinese medicine. The Second chapter regards packaging of the4manufacturers of23batches ofChaihu injection as the experimental object, using head-space-gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) for separation and determination of the volatilechemical components. The third chapter Through the adjustment and optimization of the experimentalconditions, various experiments method build in is reliable and effective, based onit, establishing GC-MS fingerprint of Bupleurum injection in the end. Uses Partialleast squares-Discriminant analysis(PLS-DA) analyse the chromatographic dataacquisition by chemical pattern recognition in the application of the control oftraditional Chinese medicine injection quality, achieved good results, based onfingerprint of volatile chemical components of Chaihu injection established by theGC-MS method. The fourth chapter summarized the work achieved by the paper and itsinsufficience, as well as the views and prospects future work proposed. |
