Objective: To explore the HBV-related chronic liver disease disorder of glucosemetabolism Pathogenesis, summarizes the the TCM climate and related indicatorsdistribution of disease, in order to help to improve the level of clinical diagnosis andtreatment of this disease. Methods: The clinical acquisition of Shandong University of Traditional ChineseMedicine, Affiliated Hospital of146patients with chronic hepatitis B patients withimpaired glucose metabolic disorders, according to the signs and symptoms, divided intosix common TCM syndromes:(1) heat Accumulation type;(2) stagnation and spleendeficiency;③liver Qi stagnation;(4) blood stasis type; the⑤liver-kidney; the⑥spleenand kidney yang, investigation and analysis by gender, age, duration of disease, body massindex, symptoms, signs, clinical laboratory tests of HBV-related chronic liver diseasedisorder of glucose metabolism syndrome type syndrome distribution and the relationshipbetween the relevant indicators. Results: After investigation and analysis, the disease is liver depression, spleen, dampheat, blood stasis syndrome elements in common, yin, yang deficiency syndromesperformance little disease located mainly in the liver and spleen. The six TCM syndromesstagnation and spleen deficiency and heat Accumulation highest proportion of liver-kidneyand spleen and kidney yang smallest percentage. Chronic hepatitis B with impairedglucose metabolic disorders can occur at any age, and hepatitis B early concurrent disorderof glucose metabolism, the incidence of this disease with no significant gender related.Liver Qi stagnation patient age, short duration, liver and kidney, and spleen deficiencypatients older, longer duration. Heat Accumulation patients with body mass index, glycosylated hemoglobin, GGT values are high compared to the other syndromes. Conclusion: In patients with HBV-related chronic liver disease glucose metabolismdisorders stagnation and spleen deficiency and heat Accumulation Type proportion of thehighest distribution of TCM syndrome type and age, duration of disease, body mass index, glycosylated hemoglobin abdominal B ultrasonic indicators related.
