Objective: To use flavored Shenling the Atractylodes bulk in the treatment ofDiabetic Macular Edema clinical observation to observe the clinical efficacy of traditionalChinese medicine, an effective way to explore traditional Chinese medicine treatment ofDiabetic Macular Edema.Methods:1.40patients with Diabetic Macular Edema (72eyes) were randomlydivided in test group with20patients (38eyes) and control group with20patients (34eyes). Test group was treated with flavored SHENLINGBAISHU scattered: ginseng,Atractylodes, Poria, licorice, white the lentils, Yiyiren, yam, lotus seeds and meat,Amomum, Campanulaceae, skullcap. And in this party on the basis of dialectical additionand subtraction. Control group was treated with dobesilate calcium in pill form.2. Observed two groups of patients before and after treatment, symptoms, signs, andfill in symptom scores quantization table.3. Significant efficiency calculated for each group, there is efficient and do statisticalanalysis, comparing the efficacy.Results:1. Visual inspection after treatment: The total effective rate was89.74%inthe test group; the total effective rate was70.59%in the control group. Before and aftertheir treatment, the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05), after treatmentbetween groups was statistically significant different.2. Amsler grid table checks after treatment: the total effective rate was73.53%in thecontrol group effective rate was89.47%in the test group, the total effective rate was89.47%, the total efficiency of the test group was greater than the control group, P=0.038<0.05, both significantly different (P <0.05).3. The FFA examination before and after treatment: before treatment, control groupaverage score was1.68, the test group average score was1.5, the control group aftertreatment, the average score was0.79, the Medicines average score was0.63. Comparedbefore and after treatment the scores of the two groups, the test group smaller than controlgroup, a significant difference, P <0.05, statistically significant results.4.OCT examination before and after treatment, before treatment, control groupaverage score was1.62, the Medicines average score was1.55, the control group aftertreatment, the average score was0.82, the Medicines average score of0.74.
