Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Summer Bronchial Asthma Attack With Maxingshigan Decoction

Objective: To observe the clinical effects of Maxingshigan Decoction on treatment ofsummer bronchial asthma attack; To search the treatment advantage of seasonal bronchialasthma by treating in accordance with time;To further expand the clinical thinking of theTraditional Chinese Medicine.Methods:Sixty bronchial asthma patients were randomly divided into the experimentalgroup and the control group, each group30cases. The control group was given Seretidetreatment, the experimental group was given Maxingshigan Decoction on the basis ofSeretide treatment, the course of two groups last for1month. The changes of symptomscores and the improvement of their asthma control test (ACT) scores before and aftertreatment were observed, then evaluate the clinical effectiveness and safety.Results:1.The total effectiveness of experimental group is93.33%, and the controlgroup is80%, the experimental groups’ total effectiveness was significantly better thancontrol group (P＜0.05).2. The total integral syndrome comparison, the patients’ scoresare lower than before significantly(P＜0.01), it shows that treatment effectiveness of thethe experimental group is better than the control group (P＜0.01).3. Regular follow-upresults:The asthma control test (ACT) scores, two groups of patients’ score changes infirst、 sixth、 twelfth months after treatment have significant difference than beforetreatment(P＜0.01), compared two groups’ scores after treatment, the experimentalgroup is better than that of control group, curative effect difference between the two groupsafter was statistically significant difference (P＜0.05).The number of times of acuteasthma attack in twelfth months after treatment,the results show that the number of timesare lower than the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion: The theory of treatment in accordance with time under the guidance ofTraditional Chinese Medicine,give the Maxingshigan Decoction and Seretide treatment,can better improve the clinical symptoms and signs of summer bronchial asthma attacks, provide new treatment strategy and method for clinical treatment of asthma.
