| Purpose: To investigate the effect of Bufei Yishen method intervention in the treatment ofPulmonary hypertension in Feishen Deficiency. Methods: The study included60cases of pulmonary arterial hypertension associated with leftheart patients, were randomly divided into two groups, the control group (conventional WesternMedicine) and observation group (conventional western medicine and traditional Chinese Medicine)phase contrast. Two groups were4weeks for treatment, continuous after6courses of treatment wereobserved between the two groups of clinical symptoms, Doppler ultrasound heartbeat graph(mainly thepulmonary artery systolic pressure and right ventricular diameter before and after), Six minutes walkingdistance from the experiment and Cardiac function rating changes. Results: TCM syndrome: The total efficiency in the observation group was96.7%, the controlgroup was86.7%.and the symptoms of the two groups were improved, and the observation group wasbetter than that of control group (Robserve<Rcontrast).Pulmonary artery systolic pressure, rightventricular diameter,6MWT, the heart function: Pulmonary hypertension were improved, and theobservation group was better than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Conventional western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine for the treatmentof pulmonary arterial hypertension in kidney qi deficiency syndrome have significant effect, caneffectively improve the clinical symptoms, improve exercise tolerance and reduce pulmonary arterysystolic pressure, which can effectively improve the prognosis of patients, improve the quality of life ofpatients, and no adverse reaction. |
