Clinical Observation Of Dehumidification Huatan Decoction Combined With Metformin In The Treatment Of Phlegm Stagnation Type Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome

Objective: A controlled clinical dehumidification Huatan Decoction Combined withmetformin group, metformin treatment of phlegm stagnation type polycystic ovariansyndrome, to observe the clinical effect of dehumidification Huatan Decoction in treatmentof polycystic ovarian syndrome, and to explore its mechanism of action.Methods:60cases of patients with phlegm blocking type polycystic ovary syndromewere randomly divided into treatment group, control group. The treatment group (30cases)with dampness phlegm (granules) combined with metformin The control group (30cases)with metformin Mainly observed before and after treatment of TCM symptoms, andfollicular number, blood endocrine indexes(LH,FSH,LH/FSH,T),insulin (FINS) levels,body mass index(BMI) changes.Result: The treatment group was superior to control group clinical curative effect, thetotal effective rate was86.67%, there was a significant difference (P=0.010<0.05). Thetreatment group is better than that of syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine controlgroup, the total effective rate was90.00%, there was a significant difference(P=0.007<0.05). The treatment group in improving insulin (FINS) level, the number offollicles, blood endocrine index, body mass index (BMI) side effects than the control group,there was significant difference between the comparative statistics (P<0.05).Conclusions: Dehumidification Huatan Decoction can improve the clinical curativeeffect of the treatment of phlem stagnation type polycystic ovarian syndrome. Itsmechanism may be through the reduction of body weight, regulate insulin level, indirectcoordination of hypothalamic-pituitary-ovarian axis, thereby promotiong the secretion ofFSH, decreased LH/FSH, T value, can effectively adjust the menstrual cycle, improve the weight leucorrhea, symptoms such as obesity, safe and reliable, with good clinical efficacy.
