Objective: This study focuses investigate gastric precancerous lesions (PLGC) TCMdistribution law, PLGC study of anxiety and depression status, and PLGC different TCMsyndromes with anxiety and depression for emotional theoryprovide the basis forgovernance PLGC.Method:1. Cases selected: Select spleen and stomach disease outpatient and inpatientdepartment for patients treated with126cases since March2011to December2012fromthe Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and selectthe same period in our hospital examination health, study physicians and medical intern,34cases of the control group the most.2.Research Methods: The study by general data (age,gender, adverse lifestyle factors, education, occupation, income, duration) of the126casesof the slow gastric precancerous lesions and bad mental state (anxiety, depression) factorsmay lead tothe risk factors of gastric precancerous lesions careful investigation, fill in thegeneral table of precancerous lesions and Hamilton Anxiety scale (HAMA), HamiltonDepression Rating Scale (HAMD), TCM syndromes of gastric precancerous lesions andanxiety and depressionresearch to explore the relationship with the disease.Should obtainthe consent of the subjects before the study, all subjects should be consistent with theinclusion of this study, questionnaire recoveries, all data entered into the computer,statistical data, and then study factors quantified using SPSS16.0softwarestatisticalanalysis.Results:1.PLGC TCM type occurrence frequency to arrange: stomach yin deficiency,the stomach meridian blood stasis, disharmony of liver and certificates, spleen and stomachcertificate Spleen; symptoms constitute Show: epigastric fullness proportionthe highest, upto73%, followed by dry mouth,53.2%,52.3%, belching, mouth pain,46.8%,44.4%, stomach pain.2. PLGC patients. Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA), Hamilton DepressionRating Scale (HAMD) scores were higher than the healthy control group, a highlysignificant difference (P <0.01).
