Clinical Study On Treating Infection Period Of Anal Fistula With Graticule And Drainage Operating Treatment

Objective：observation of the curative effect of Infection period of anal fistula bygraticule and drainage operating treatment, the purpose for the treatment of high analfistula provides a good curative effect, less complications in the surgical procedure.Methods：64cases of patients with the inclusion criteria, were randomly divided intotwo groups, the treatment group of32cases by graticule and drainage operatingtreatment, the control group of32patients with incision and thread–drawing operatingtreatment. Observation and detailed record of two groups of clinical symptoms aftersurgery, signs and relapse, compared two sets of clinical curative effect differences.Result：Clinical research shows that the two groups in curative effect, relapse inpatients with no significant difference (P>0.05), but in postoperative pain, healingtime, anal function, etc. the treatment group is superior to the control group (p<0.05).Conclusion: graticule and drainage operation treatment is a kind of improveddrainage and treatment of infection period of anal fistula efficacy, can significantlyreduce the postoperative complications, reduce the anus surrounding tissue damage,both can protect the anal sphincter and can achieve cure, can effectively solve thecurrently exists in all operation of anal fistula of clinical protect anal function andimprove the cure rate of contradictions.
