Evaluate The Immunization Effects Of Hepatitis B Vaccine In Adults

Objectives1、 To evaluate the immunizationeffects of three type of domestic hepatitis B vaccine inadult and to compare with the immunization effect of a foreign vaccine. In that way,we aimed tofind a more suitable hepatitis B vaccinefor chinese adults2、To evaluate the effects of different procedures and togive suggestions to the strategy ofhepatitis B immunization..Methods:six areas were chosen, including four counties (Changxing, Anji, Deqing, and Wuxing) inHuzhou City, Tongxiang City, and Shaoxing County. Questionnaires were filled by subjects of16-49years old people in those areas. Name, gender, age, address, and vaccination history of hepatitisB were included in the questionnaire.3mL venous blood were collected, and Hepatitis B virussurface Antigen, Antibody to HBV Surface Antigen, and ntibody to HBV Core Antigen weretested by chemiluminescence Immunoassay.And whose blood tests for HBsAg, Anti-HBs andAnti-HBc were all negative,were injected by one of the four type vaccines with three injectionsaccording to different immunization procedure: One month after the third does, blood sampleswere collectedto analyze Antibody to HBV Surface Antigen. We established a database withEpiData3.2, and statistical analysis was performed with SPSS18.0Results:2197subjects were immunized at months0,1and3the total anti-HBs positive rate was86.85%; The average positive rates were81.67%,97.29%,82.46%,87.31%of Shenzhen Kangtai,Dalian High-tech, North China Pharmaceutical, GlaxoSmithKline vaccines,respectively.The Anti-HBs positive rates differences were statistically significant by the multi-group analysis (P <0.05).And the geometric mean titer (GMT) were55.37mIU/ml,665.15mIU/ml,63.26mIU/ml,144.89mIU/ml, respectively.1864subjects were immunized at months0,1and6,A total anti-HBspositive rate was89.5%.The anti-HBs positive rates of four types of vaccines were made inShenzhen kangtai,DalianHigh-tech, North China pharmaceutical, SmithKline Companywere86.15%、95.01%、89.60%、86.75%,respectively.There were significant differences between Dalian High-tech and Shenzhenkangtai, North China pharmaceutical, SmithKline in the anti-HBs positive conversionrates(P<0.005). The GMT of anti-HBs of those who immunized with Shenzhen kangtai,Dalian High-tech, North China pharmaceutical and SmithKline Company were118.75mIU/ml、383.62mIU/ml、172.76mIU/ml、226.15mIU/ml, respectively． The GMTs were significant differentbetween any two of four vaccines except Shenzhen kangtai and North China pharmaceuticalvaccines.Conclusion:1、The immunization effect of Four kinds of hepatitis B vaccines for adult convinced good,comparing with the control group of foreign hepatitis B vaccine, domestic hepatitis Bvaccines achieved a equal good immunization effect.2、0、1、3and0、1、6immunization program were both good, we suggestedto make aflexibly selection of the two immunization programs to suit particular populations in order toachieve greater levels of immunity.3、Women’s anti-HBs levels were higher than men’s after immunization.
