Objective:To research the Perforator walking,starting radius of AnterolaterlAbdominal Wall,and the Appear position of Choke-vessels. Discusses the inter-district perforatorflap of Abdomen the radix before,s cut off the scope,combinations and clinical application.Material and Methods:(1)5flesh cadavers were Perfusioned by Gelatin-lead oxide,usingCT and Materialized Interactive Medical Image Controlling System do3D visualizationresearch,get the information Of perforators,number,anastomosis and Pumping blood areas.(2)10Antiseptic adult specimens, dissect and observe the perforators of Anterolaterl AbdominalWall,which radius more than equal to0.5mm. measure their diameter, main direction andanastomosis branch. According to the anatomical data,15cases of clinical application. The deepinferior epigastric artery perforator and the Superficial iliac circumflex artery perforator was usedin5case,the super inferior epigastrical artery perforator and the Superficial iliac circumflexartery perforator was used in4case,The deep inferior epigastric artery perforator and the superinferior epigastrical artery perforator was used in6case. Results: The size of the perforator flapranged from8cm×6cm to14cm×11cm.There was no flap lose all of the15case, but onecase occoured postoperative vascular complication, After reoperation the flap survived well. Theedge of the other one flap developed partial lose, by daily dressing, the wound completely healing.Conclusion: The number, position and walking of perforators are very constant,there are a largenumber of perforator anastomosis branch,are suit for cutting off inter-district perforator flaps,which combination are multitudinous. Which’s a new choice for huge flap,s application.
