Objective: In contrast to the normal gastric tissue, research on the expression leveland the correlation of SIRT1and p55PIK in gastric carcinoma, and analysis the relationbetween clinical, pathological and SIRT1, p55PIK.Methods: Collection of the forty-five cases of gastric cancer and correspondingnormal gastric tissue specimens, throughing immunohistochemistry and Western blottingto detect the expression level of SIRT1and p55PIK.Combine with clinical and pathologicaldata, analyze the factors that affect SIRT1and p55PIK expression. Results: The positive rate of the of SIRT1and p55PIK in gastric carcinoma issignificantly higher than normal tissue, combine with the analysis of clinical andpathological data, the expression of SIRT1and p55PIK in gastric cancer have close relationwith patients TNM stage and lymph node metastasis (P <0.05), have no relation withpatient’s age, gender, tumor size, tumor invasion depth (P>0.05). In the protein extracted from tissue, SIRT1and p55PIK expression are significantly higher than normal tissue. Conclusion: The positive rate of the of SIRT1and p55PIK in gastric carcinoma issignificantly higher than normal tissue and have close relation with patients TNM stage andlymph node metastasis. Indicate the SIRT1and p55PIK may play an important role in thedevelopment and progression of gastric carcinoma. To clear the relationship between SIRT1and p55PIK may provide a more effective method for tumor diagnosis and therapy.
