Objective:To investigate the clinical curative effect of curing complicated acetabular quadrilateral area fractures through anterior and posterior combined.Methods:15patients with complicated acetabular quadrilateral area fractures, Adopt combined anterior and posterior approach open reduction and internal fixation with reconstruction plate screws operation to carry out retrospective research. Quality of postoperative fracture according to the Malta standards for assessment, adopt Improved d’Aubigne and Postel hip joint function score standard of grading. Results:All patients received4to34months (average of16months) follow-up visit, Clinical results according to Malta standard,11cases with anatomic reduction, satisfactory reduction in4cases. The function of hip joint by the modified d’Aubigne and Postel hip score:excellent in6cases, good in7cases, not bad in2cases, the excellent and good rate was86.7%.2cases of traumatic arthritis,3cases of ectopic ossification and2cases of iatrogenic femoral cutaneous, all are incomplete injury, for about2months completly recovery. Conclusion:Combined anterior-posterior approach has good exposure, facilitate fractures reduction and fixation, which can significantly improve the quality of complex acetabular involving the quadrilateral area reduction of fractures, and fewer complications, have satisfaction of clinical efficacy. |
