Constructional fugitive dust is one of the great factors which threat to occupationalhealth affected people to take, in order to better targeted prevention and control andprotection measures, we need to have a more accurate understanding of the constructiondust in the different stages of construction, and the distribution and characteristicsbetween different groups of the scene. Therefore, this paper through the actual projectmonitoring of the fugitive dust, to carry out the construction dust assessment study forthe actual projects related people suffered health effects of construction dust.Firstly, the paper according to the distribution characteristics of each constructionstage of construction activities and venues crowd, focused on the construction phase todevelop a dust monitoring program intended to encompass all the stage main types ofcrowd and Beijing5nature and in the construction phases of construction projectscarried out field monitoring, access to the three construction stages of17basis points347dust concentration samples the underlying data and its finishing and comparativeanalysis.Secondly, the thesis to based on the the building health damage evaluation system(BHIAS) and health risk assessment method for existing health damage assessmentsystem too dependent on inventory data can not reflect the lack of construction siteenvironmental data, innovative build a set of on-site environmental data and The dustcan export the results of the evaluation of the monetization health damage calculationmodel. The model to monitor dust concentrations by exposure parameters method tocalculate the health risks of certain dust concentration, and then in accordance with acertain percentage of the risk-sharing to specific damage to the terminal disease,existing achievements in the medical life of human health losses, the last years of lifevalue conversion, currency characterization of the calculation results, so that the modelcan be integrated into the existing BHIAS evaluation system, greatly expanded thescope of application of the system of building health damage, and provide for a similarstudy a reference and reference.The results of this paper provide a solid data base for subsequent in-depth study, atthe same time provide an objective scientific basis for the the construction dustprevention and control and related personnel protective policies and management practices to develop, so that the majority of construction occupational healthpractitioners are more effective protection.
