In recent years, China’s food safety events emerge in endlessly. Food safetydetection is of great urgency. Sample pretreatment is one of the key factors affectingtest results of analysis and determination in food safety. As a kind of samplepretreatment technology, SPE(Solid-Phase Extraction) is used to separate, purify, andconcentrate sample. It can improve the analyte’s recovery effectively. SPE is widelyused in food safety analysis and detection.With the research of SPE technology, the design of hardware circuit andsoftware system of automatic SPE apparatus are given and the development ofautomatic SPE apparatus is completed.SPE apparatus consists of three-dimensional robotic arm, sampling needles,high-precision peristaltic pump and some mechanical parts. The development of aSPE apparatus involves the disciplines of mechanical, chemical and automation. Theapparatus adopts master-slave computer cooperative control method to carry on thework. The main control chips of the control the system using S3C2440Amicroprocessor and STM32F103RBT6microprocessor. WinCE6.0embeddedoperation system is used as software system. The main research work is the design ofhardware circuit and software of the control system. Specific works are accomplishedas follows:Put forward to a design scheme of automated solid-phase extraction to solve thelack of manual extraction.A kind of upper and lower computer control mode based on embedded operationsystem is proposed and the control system of automatic solid-phase extractionapparatus is designed. Developed host computer control circuit based on S3C2440and three dimensional motion platform control circuit based on STM32The operation system of solid-phase extraction apparatus is designed by tailoringWinCE kernel and migrating WinCE6.0operation system on ARM.Designed of human-computer interaction interface on the touch screen,deceloped the application software of automatic solid-phase extraction apparatus.
