Clinical Analysis Of Postoperative Aseptic Loosening Of Total Hip Arthroplasty

Objective: Analysis after total hip arthroplasty prosthesis cause of aseptic loosening,explore and summarize experience and lessons, explore the effective treatment method.MethodsWe: From April2011to December2013in our hospital because of asepticloosening of the prosthesis revision surgery rows clinical analysis of23patients,8malesand15females,14cases of left hip,8cases of right hip, patients the youngest36years old,maximum73years, mean60.3years old. By observation of revision surgery of prosthesisloosening.Results: The23cases due to prosthesis loosening after total hip arthroplasty in patientsundergoing renovations, intraoperative observation in the different levels of the acetabulumor femoral prosthesis loosening of the handle. Initial replacement prosthesis loosening inpatients less than10years appeared uncemented prosthesis loosening (30hips) weresignificantly higher than cementless prosthesis (5hips), accounting for85.7%of total loose,with uncemented acetabular prosthesis loosening the most, accounting for54.3%of totalloose; Initial replacement surgery (greater than10years) patients with prosthetic looseningoccurred in2cementless hip stem, an uncemented acetabular hip. It follows that total hiparthroplasty early and mid-aseptic loosening occurs mainly in the uncemented prosthesis,but also with cementless acetabular prosthesis loosening based.Conclusions: Total hip arthroplasty early, mid-term biological fixed is not solid, asepticloosening of the prosthesis is the main reason after surgery, and the acetabular loosening,revision is the effective method of treatment.
