Objective:To investigate the height and CCI change of intervertebral space after anteriorcervical corpectomy and its relation to neck axial symptomsMethods: Totally52patients receiving anterior cervical corpectomy were followed upfor0.5to1years, average0.9years. The height change of intervertebral space of the fusedsegment X-rays were evaluated before,3months after operation All patients were classifiedinto3groups by means of the postoperative height change and CCI of intervertebral spaceThe axial symptoms after operation were observed and analyzed during follow-up.Results: The three groups incidence of neck axial symptoms was50.00%,25.00%and40.00%, respectively There were significant differences in statistical analysis in group Agroup B, group B to group C (x1=7.43,P<0.05;x2=7.11,P<0.05) There was nosignificant differention group A to group C (x3=0.15,P>0,05)Conclusion: There is significant relation between height change and CCI ofintervertebral space and neck axial symptoms after anterior cervical corpectomy...
