The Role Of CEACAM6and4-1BBL Expression In Gastric Cancer And Correlation In Research

Objective: To investigate the expressions and correlation of CEACAM6、4-1BBL innormal gastric mucosa,precancerous lesions and gastric cancer,and the effects ongastric proliferation.Methods: The expressions of CEACAM6、4-1BBLwere detected by immunohisto-chemical method in90gastric specimens including10cases of normal gastricmucosa,20cases of precancerous lesions(chronic atrophic gastritis/intestinalmetaplasia,dysplasia),40cases of gastric cancer.The expressions of CEACAM6、4-1BBL mRNA were examind by RT-PCR, and each group had6gastric specimens.Results: Immunohistochemical and PCR results indicateed that: the expressions ofCEACAM6had an increasing tendency in the normal mucosa tissues, precancerouslesions and carcinoma tissues, and had significant difference (p <0.05), it wassignificantly related with the depth of invasion and grade,but not with age,sex,size,differentiation and lymph node metastasis of gastric cancer(p>0.05).Comparedwith normal mucosa,the expressions of4-1BBL in precancerous lesions andcarcinoma tissues had significant difference (p <0.05),there was no significantdifference between precancerous lesions and carcinoma tissues(p>0.05).It wassignificantly related with the grade and differentiation(p<0.05),but not withage,depth,sex,size,and lymph node metastasis of gastric cancer(p>0.05).Conclusion: The expression level of CEACAM6is up-regulated in gastriccancer,while4-1BBL is down-regulated in gastric cancer.And there is negativerelationship between CEACAM6and4-1BBL in gastric cancer tissues.
