To Explore The Rule Of Chinese Medicine In Treating Diabetic Diarrhea

Objective:To explore the rule of TCM medication for diabetic diarrhea by modernliterature,so as to provide reliable basis for the Chinese medicine treatment of the disease,alsoprovide reference for clinical treatment and research.Methods:The first part is the literature review.Access to all previous dynasties Chinesemedicine classics,and retrieve literature published nearly23years concerning intervention oftraditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of diabetic diarrhea.The second part is themodern literature research on the rules of medication.Collect literature published at Chinajournal full-text database nearly23years concerning TCM treatment for diabeticdiarrhea.From the perspective of drug application,researching TCM for oral administrationrelated to the literature penetrate deeply.Building the database,then analyse certificatetypes,medicines,medicine types and medicinal properties by the application of frequencystatistics software.Analysing drugs by hierarchical clustering related treatment in order toexplore the rule of TCM medication.Results:According to the criteria of literature adopted and excluded,a total of140articles are screened.Obtaining types of syndrom in totall11classes,frequency of the top fiveare:Yang deficiency of spleen and kidney,deficiency of spleen and stomach,dampnessstagnancy due to spleen deficiency,stagnation of liver-QI and spleen deficiency, intermingledcold and heat. From the perspective of syndromes of deficiency and excess,deficiencysyndrome add intermingled deficiency and excess accounted for91.8%.The totall of thetraditional Chinese medicine used for treatment of the disease is125,with the total frequencyof1906times,including30herbs of frequency of more than20times,which are the maindrugs for diabetic diarrhea,and whose cumulative frequency is81.17%.For commonly useddrugs classification,main medicine is tonifying formula,formula for astringing intestine andarresting proptosis, formula for diuresis and diffusing dampness. Medicinal properties is givenpriority to warm,cold and flat.According to the taste of herbs,sweet,pungent and bitter is themost commonly used.According to the drug effect in channels arrangement,topthree,respectively is the spleen,liver and stomach.The results of cluster analysis show that thetherapies of diabetic diarrhea are replenishing Qi to invigorate the spleen,restoring Yang from collapse,clearing dampand promoting dieresis,promoting blood circulation for removingblood stasis.Conclusion:The result of syndrome-classification statistics reflects characteristic ofdisease,diabetic diarrhea embodies deficiency syndrome,with more intermingled deficiencyand excess and less excess syndrome.In the formulas traditional Chinese medicine treatmentfor diabetic diarrhea,the atractylodes macrocephala,yam and tuckahoe are the most commonlyused.Compared to other drug classes,the use frequency of tonic medicine is highest.The maintherapies of diabetic diarrhea are replenishing Qi to invigorate the spleen,restoring Yang fromcollapse,clearing damp and promoting diuresis,removing blood stasis.The drugs reflecting thepathogenesis characteristics of diabetic diarrhea is asthenia in origin and asthenia insuperficiality,combined with deficiency-excess complication.The rules of medication is usingbenifit and eliminating the pathogenic factor simultaneously.
