Objective: reseach of the relationship between nervous protection and proteindegradation of PINK1Knock-down on the Neurodegeneration of SCA3/MJDTransgenic Drosophila.Methods: compound eyes and nervous system protein are selected to beSCA3/MJD on transgenic Drosophila melanogaster model. Pathogenicity ofexpress depression of PINK1Knock-down compound eyes and nervoussystem of SCA3/MJD transgenic Drosophila melanogaster. Meanwhle,usingsystem of Gmr-GAL4and Elav-gal4start-up normal Drosophilamelanogaster.Compare with three Drosophila melanogaster.1, Using light microscope and electric mirror in seach of the characteristic of Drosophila melanogaster eyes under Gmr-GAL4system.2, Elav-gal4system startover Emergence rate of Drosophila melanogaster.3, Gmr-GAL4and Elav-gal4systems pulse-on Drosophila melanogaster,Western blotting test expression of ataxin-3of every cells.Results: express depression of PINK1obviously improved smooth and grainand pigment deficiency and constitution of compound eyes of SCA3/MJDtransgenosis Drosophila melanogaster. Obviously improved Emergence rate ofDrosophila melanogaster.Western blotting test expression of ataxin-3ofevery cells,express depression of PINK1obviously reduce proteintoxicity of ataxin-3.Conclusions: express depression of PINK1Knock-down on theNeurodegeneration of SCA3/MJD Transgenic Drosophila is benefit for protectnerve,which is relying on autophagia functions, autophagia may improvedegradation of venenous fragment of ataxin一3. |
