Objective: To observe the different causes of chronic heart failure inpatients with anti-cardiac myosin heavy chain lgG antibody titration different tocontribute to the identification of the different causes of heart failure in patientswith type and guide clinical treatment; observed a large number of gammaglobulin for treatment of dilated cardiomyopathy effort failure in patients withanti-cardiac myosin heavy chain lgG changes and efficacy of the antibodytitration. Methods: the first experimental group, the the2011-2012inpatient andoutpatient treatment of chronic heart failure patients according to differentcauses divided into four groups,12cases of coronary heart disease group,12cases of hypertension group,12cases of dilated cardiomyopathy group,12cases of rheumatic heart disease group, at the same time set up a healthy groupof12patients of the control group, the ELISA method for anti-cardiac myosinheavy chain itself the lgG antibodies OD value; another second experimentalgroup the2011-2012inpatient and outpatient treatment expansion28cases ofcardiomyopathy patients with heart failure as the experimental group, at thesame time set the healthy group,28patients of the control group, theanti-cardiac myosin heavy chain lgG antibodies were detected by ELISA; heart failure patients in the conventional treatment based on selected14cases pluslarge doses of gamma globulin to evaluate efficacy, more than14cases of thisset of experiments the standard control group, and anti-cardiac myosin heavychain lgG antibodies were detected by ELISA. Results: The first experimentalgroup measured OD values Of Coronary heart disease complicated by heartfailure group (0.0605±0.00521), hypertensive patients with heart failure group(0.0628±0.00643), dilated cardiomyopathy complicated by heart failure group(0.0989±01215), rheumatic heart disease complicated by heart failure group(0.0639±0.00297) and the healthy control group (0.0360±0.07032) compared(P <0.01), significantly higher than that in the control group; dilatedcardiomyopathy with heart failure group (0.0989±0.01215) than other cause ofthe heart failure group (P <0.05), the difference was significant. Cause of heartfailure in three different heart functions classification subgroup, OD valuesdifference was not statistically significant (P>0.05); DCM heart failuregroup before the second experimental group did not use gamma globulintreatment by ELISA detection of anti-cardiac myosin heavy chain lgG antibodiesthan healthy group, a significant difference (P <0.05);14patients after12weeksof treatment with a large number of gamma globulin in patients with heartfailure, the treatment group improved in11cases (78.57%), the standard controlgroup improved in5cases (35.71%), and gamma globulin treatment groupcompared with the healthy group anti-cardiac myosin heavy chain lgGantibodies showed no significant difference. Globulin treatment group, leftventricular ejection fraction mentioning (36.129.98)%to (46.1512.18)%, leftventricular end-diastolic diameter (59.68±9.60) mm (50.05±10.20) mm downto, treatment significant effect compared to the traditional conventional controlgroup. Conclusion: using different causes of heart failure in the ELISA assay could be detected in anti-cardiac myosin heavy chain lgG antibodies may beinvolved in heart failure procedural myocardial remodeling pathological changescontribute to heart failure early clinical diagnosis and etiology identification;dilated cardiomyopathy heart failure in a large number of gamma globulintreatment efficacy with traditional methods compare the curative effect andreduce the in vivo anti-cardiac myosin heavy chain lgG antibody titration helpfrom the immune mechanism describes the mechanism of drug action and alarge number of gamma globulin treatment of other causes of heart failuretreatment may be based.
