Objective:The study aimed at draw lessons from the successful experience of the WPBA evaluation in the domestic and overseas, according to the characteristics of the nursing profession itself, formulating a WPBA evaluation model it is suitable for evaluate different ability level of the nurse at all professional and level of job training. And to effectively evaluate whether nurse qualified for the position after training, provide the basis for nursing personnel selection and appointment of administrators, and through the performance evaluation on the job training themselves make a feedback to improve training system.Methods:This study is guided by Miller ability pyramid theory, based on the WPBA evaluation model, through the literature review, expert discussion on small scale, preliminarily drawn up evaluation items and conditions to apply to various assessment tools of WPBA of nurse care. Adopt the Delphi method (Delphi) organized2rounds of experts circularization, collect expert opinion, use medical statistical methods to analyze the data, determine the evaluation items and conditions, at last formed the nursing jobs training evaluation model which is based on WPBA.Results:Built include the Mini-cex, DOPS, CbD of three kinds of measurement tools used in nursing WPBA evaluation model. The result of positive coefficient of experts consultation, authority coefficient, variation coefficient, etc, shows that expert consulting are representatively and high credibility.Conclusions:Build an evaluation model for Nurses job training based on WPBA, coefficient of variation of expert consultation showed its high representative and high reliability.
