Objective:Seeking T cell subsets that CD4~+T cells、CD8~+T cells、 CD4~+CD25~+T cells、CD8~+CD28~-T cells、CD4~+CD25~-T cells and CD8~+CD28~-T cells expressdifference and significance in the peripheral blood in the patients with hyperplasia ofprostate.Methds:Selected30patients with prostate hyperplasia and normal control group20cases in people’s hospital of deyang, with flow cytometry instrument detectexperimental group’s T lymphocyte expression in the peripheral blood. UsingSPSS17.0for statistical that analysised the T lymphocytes’ expression differences inperipheral blood with prostate hyperplasia patients and the normal control group.Results:(1) Prostate hyperplasia patients’ CD4~+T cell expression numbersignificantly higher than the normal control group before and after the treatment;Prostate hyperplasia patients’ CD8~+T cell expression number obviously lowe than thenormal control group before and after the treatment;Prostate hyperplasia patients’CD4~+T/CD8~+T cell expression number obviously higher than the normal control groupbefore and after the treatment.(2)Prostate hyperplasia patients’ expression of CD4~+Tcell numbers significantly higher than the normal control group before and after thetreatment; Prostate hyperplasia group’s expression of CD8~+T cell numbersobviously lower than normal control group before and after treatment; Prostatehyperplasia patients’CD4~+/CD8~+T were observed obviously higher than normalgroup.(3)The number of CD8~+CD28~-T cells in Prostate hyperplasia patients issignificantly lower than normal control group before the treatment, after thetreatment, the number is significantly higher than normal control group; The numberof CD8+CD28+T cells in Prostate hyperplasia patients is significantly higher thannormal control group before the treatment, after the treatment, the number comparedwith the control group has no statistical significance. Conclusion:The changes of peripheral blood T lymphocytes in Prostate hyperplasiapatients is close related to the BPH’s occurrence and development.Inflammatoryimmune may plays an important role in prostate hyperplasia’s occurrence anddevelopment.
