Objective:To investigate the association between the p53gene in patients with chroniclymphocytic leukaemia (CLL) and the disease progression and prognosis in Xinjiangregion. Methods: Clinical and pathological data on77patients diagnosed with CLL werecollected between2009and2012.for the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region People’sHospital and Chinese medicine hospital diagnosed56patients,for the XI an JiaotongUniversity the first hospital diagnosed21patient of Xinjiang membership. The p53genechromosome genotyping of the77patients and20patients of Nutrition anemia controlswere detected using fluorescence in situ hybridization, FISH. The association between p53gene deletion and CLL prognostic factors were analysed using chi-squared test and Fisherexact test. P<0.05was considered to be statistically significant. All analyses were doneusing SPSS17.0.Results:(1)77patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia patients havedetected10cases of the p53deletion (13%);p53gene deletions do not exist in theperipheral blood of20examinationed Nutrition anemia, the difference was statisticallysignificant(P<0.05).(2)p53gene deletions in CLL patient’s age, gender, blood cells count,ATM gene deletion was no significant correlation (3) This study demonstrated that the p53gene deletions associated with later Binet stage, the prognosis is poor, with IgVHmutations related, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).(4)The OR of p53deletion CLL patients was significiantly lower than the normal patient with FCchemotherapy.Conclusion:(1) in this study, the detection rate of the p53-deficient withCLL had the same rate as the domestic and foerign,it determined that the p53genedeletion does not exist regional difference.(2) p53gene deletions in patients with CLLBinet staging late related IgVH unmutated relationship have significant differences (3)p53deficient CLL patients should avoid drugs involved in the p53signal transduction system. With Basic judgment abnormal expression, p53can be a prognostic indicators of CLL, ithas some clinical significance with the clinical stage, treatment and prognosis of the CLLpatient.
