Objective: To observe the changes of pH value of artificial cariogenic solution wasinfluenced by nano hydroxyapatite(nHAP) remineralization solution and caseinphosohopetide-stabilized amorphous calcium phosphate (CPP-ACP)remineralizationsolution. The pH value of artificial cariogenic solution is4.5. The nHAP remineralizationsolution has been proven to be elevated in artificial cariogenic solution pH value.ThenHAP was seted for control group,to evaluate the ability of CPP-ACP remineralizationsolution changing pH value on artificial cariogenic solution at first, then to observe interms of changing pH value on artificial cariogenic solution,CPP-ACP and nHAP which isbetter.Methods:0.1mmol/L artificial cariogenic (pH value is4.5) solution was titrated bynano hydroxyapatite solution and casein phosohopetide-stabilized amorphous calciumphosphate solution. Recording the changes pH value of artificial cariogenic solution whenit was added with nano hydroxyapatite remineralization solution and casein phosoho-petide-stabilized amorphous calcium phosphate solution per0.1ml, until the pH value hadno significant change.Mapping the two sets of data,to observe the increase trend of pHvalue with the number of milliters, then compare the two sets of data and statisticalanalysis by SPSS17.0. Results: Both nano-hydroxyapatite solution and casein phosoho-petide-stabilized amorphous calcium phosphate solution enable to cause a significantchanging of pH value of artificial cariogenic solution, variations of pH value comply withthe following models: HAP group=0.184×Ln(milliters)+5.951and CPP-ACP group=0.171×Ln(milliters)+6.530, It means the pH value of artificial cariogenic solution wasincreased with the increase of the two remineralization solutions and showed a positivecorrelation. Ultimately, the pH value of artificial cariogenic solution infinitely closed to7.0.The effect of CPP-ACP remineralization solution to artificial cariogenic solution issignificant.Conclusion: Both of two remineralization solutions can change the pH value of artificial cariogenic solution significantly.Casein phosohopetide-stabilized amorphouscalcium phosphate solution is better than nano-hydroxyapatite solution in changing the pHvalue of artificial cariogenic solution. In terms of changing the acidic environment ofenamel demineralization and the prevention of dental caties, casein phosohope-tide-stabilized amorphous calcium Phosphate.
