Objective:To investigate the incidence of fetal macrosomia and identify theinfluencing factors in the second affiliated hospital of xin jiang medical university nearlyfive years. Methods:612infants conformed to the entering and excluding standerd fromJanuary1,2008to December31,2012in second affiliated hospital of xinjiang medicaluniversity by regression analysis. Results:(1)The average incidence is9.3%of theSecond Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University in recent five years ofmacrosomia, macrosomia incidence rate from2008to2013was11%,12.3%,7.5%,9.7%,7.7%; the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).(2)macrosomria group inwomen pregnant body mass index BMI, pregnancy weight, pregnant women age,pregnancy and childbirth complications, pregnant women in the process of history ofmaternal, newborn gender, gestational weeks were higher than normal incidence(P<0.01);(3)Logistic regression analysis showed that pregnancy weight gain (OR=3.133) is themain risk factors for fetal macrosomia, fetus gender(OR=0.897)is a main protectionfactors. Conclusion: Women pregnant body mass index(IBM), pregnancy weight,pregnant women age, pregnancy and childbirth complications, pregnant women in theprocess of history of maternal, newborn gender, gestational weeks are related to theoccurrence of fetal macrosomia. The highest risk factors is pregnancy weight gain andprotection factor is fetus gender.
