Splenic Hilum Lymph Node Metastasis Of Advanced Gastric Cancer Pathological Features And Clinical Analysis

Objective: To investigate the splenic hilum lymph node metastasis of advancedgastric cancer the relationship with the clinical pathological features. Methods: Aretrospective study was performed to investigate150patient who with advanced gastriccancer and underwent radical surgery of Xinjiang Tumor Hospital from January1,2007toNovember30,2012.Using statistical software SPSS18.0chi-square test to unvariedanalysis and screening factors which have statistically significant related to the splenichilum lymph node metastasis, using the Logistic regression multivariate analysis splenichilum lymph node metastasis characteristics and clinical pathology of the relationshipbetween the parameters. Results: A total of10.7%of the patients had lymph nodemetastasis in the splenic hilum, the positive rates of splenic hilum lymph node was17.5%.Single factor analysis results show: gender, age, nationality, and tumor vascular withadvanced gastric cancer splenic hilum lymph node metastasis irrelevant,(P>0.05);invasion depth, differentiation degree, tumor size, tumor location, and gross type(Bormann) with advanced gastric cancer splenic hilum lymph node metastasis have related(P<0.05). Multivariate regression analysis showed: invasion depth and tumor size isadvanced gastric cancer splenic hilum lymph node metastasis independent risk factors(P<0.05). Conclusion: advanced gastric cancer splenic hilum lymph nodes with invasiondepth, differentiation degree, tumor size, tumor location, and gross type has a closelyrelated; the higher T staging, the greater the chances of the splenic hilum lymph nodemetastasis Tumor size and the splenic hilum lymph node metastasis was positivelycorrelated. Study the related factors of lymph node metastasis in the splenic hilum, predictlymph node metastasis of preoperative risk, and establish the reasonable surgery programhave the important meaning.
