Objective: to study the low molecular heparin for the prevention efficacy of livercirrhosis portal vein thrombosis after splenectomy. Methods: A retrospective analysis ofxinjiang medical university first affiliated hospital between January2011and August2012,79cases of hepatocirrhosis with portal hypertension parallel splenectomy combinedaround the cardia from broken blood vessel surgery in patients with clinical data, andrandomly divided into experimental group (A) and control group (B), the experimentalgroup after the third day of regular application injection of low molecular heparinanticoagulation, control group, compared two groups of patients with postoperativeplatelet count, prothrombin time, plasma D-dimer, observe two groups of patients aftersurgery,1month,3months of portal vein thrombosis incidence, X2test and t teststatistical method is used for both sets of data for analysis. Results: two groups of patientswith postoperative follow-up closely in March, patients postoperative portal veinthrombosis in1March, accounted for2.4%, control group6cases of postoperative portalvein thrombosis in March, accounted for16.5%, two groups of comparison, differencehave statistical significance (X2=4.663, P=4.663), treatment group is better than thecontrol group. Conclusion: portal vein thrombosis is liver cirrhosis are commoncomplications after splenectomy, low molecular heparin can effectively prevent theformation of liver cirrhosis portal vein thrombosis after splenectomy, but for the forwardcurative effect analysis of large sample size analysis and long-term follow-up is needed.
