Objective: Through labial gland biopsies comprehended Toll-like receptor (TLR) inthe primary Sjogren’s Syndrome (pSS) clinical diagnosis of sensitivity, specific degrees,Analysis of TLR autoantibodies associated with pSS, correlation of clinical indicators forlip gland biopsy. Materials and methods: The research object from2011till nowdepartment of rheumatismoral and department of oral and maxillionfacial surgery of41cases of pSS cases. The control group for head and neck oncology after radiotherapy forpatients with secondary dry mouth and oral cavity for chronic sialadenitis patients, total37cases. Through the immunofluorescence and mmunohistochemical method thisresearch test the lips gland tissue, TLR in the nucleus or cytoplasm membrane appearcolor particles as a positive maker and scored take combined. Results evaluation by twoexperienced oral pathology doctors double-blind read piece sure. SPSS17.0applicationsoftware for data processing, the research has statistical significance. Results: To testedlip gland tissue, the results showed that the TLR in pSS patients labial gland of ductalepithelial cells, lymphocytes are all positive expression, and control group labial glandtissue only in duct epithelial cells express positive part. Between the two groups havesignificant difference (P<0.05), and patients with pSS labial gland TLR positiveexpression rate significantly higher than the control group. Conclusion: We have studiedgot through TLR in labial gland the expression, can clear TLR associated with pSSautoantibodies, for we clear the pathogenesis of pSS provides a clue for the treatment ofpSS, provide certain theoretical basis.
